Indore: After 11 days of struggle, the police found the missing daughter of SP Amulya Swati at Old Delhi railway station on Friday morning. Amulya Swati, second year student of Arbindo Medical College, went missing on may 13 after she left for Indore from Ranchi. She is presently in Dwarka area of Delhi with her mother and will be brought to Indore later in the day on Saturday. As she came back, she explained the entire trail of events of the 11 days she was out of home. She said that she wanted to leave home because she was getting depressed as everyone used to scold her all the time. She wasn’t doing well in studies also. Amulya Swati said that she left for Indore from Ranchi on May 13 and her mother Pallavi Singh dropped her to the airport. They saw Virat Kohli and other cricketers at the airport. After Amulya Swati denied getting a photograph clicked with Virat Kohli, her mother started to scold her. Amulya Swati said that she took out the SIM from her phone as soon as she got into the plane and didn’t put it back even after she reached Indore at 7:35 pm. She said the entire way she was thinking about leaving her home. This is what she did. She took a rickshaw from the airport and went to the railway station. She got into a Jaipur-bound train and boarded another train to Abu Road from Jaipur. She went to the Prajapati Brahmakumari Ashram. She said there was a woman named Rashmi who was closing the office and going back to her house. She asked her about the ashram and told her that she wanted to live here. As it had got late, she stayed in a nearby hotel. The next day, she went to Rashmi’s house and started living there. Notably, she called up her mother on Monday (May 20) but didn’t speak anything when her mother Pallavi picked up the phone. As her mother tried to call back on the same number, Amulya Swati said she switched off the phone she called from. She said that she was keeping really upset and missing her parents. Therefore, Rashmi suggested her to go back to her house. Suddenly, Amulya Swati decided to leave the ashram and go back one day. As she reached the Old Delhi Railway Station, she called up her mother from a PCO. She asked me to stay there but later didn’t pick my calls. She said that she then saw Dr Meenakshi Sinha and Dr Rajan Sinha (from AIIMS Raipur). They were boarding a train to Bangalore. Amulya Swati then explained everything to them and they called up her parents. Then my cousin’s friend picked me up from the police station and dropped me to my Dwarka home. Notably, as it had been 11 days and police was clueless about the girl, they had also announced a reward of Rs. 25,000, who offers information about missing Amulya. | ||
