Beware of these touts at railway stations (NDTV)

The Northern Railways have put up 400 posters at railway stations in NCR with pictures of men who have been accused of being touts.
The posters containing mug-shots of 39 men whom the railways allege are touts, have been pasted at ticketing counters.
Travellers have been asked to notify the railway authorities if they spot these men near ticketing counters
