Bhubaneshwar-Delhi Rajdhani stranded at Gaya Railway station as Maoists blow up railway track on Friday night.  At about. 11 pm last evening an explosion blew up the railway track near Gaya. Bringing  the Gaya-Mughalsarai rail traffic to a halt.  The explosion took place between Taraiya & Guraru stations. There have been no casualties reported as all trains were stopped prior to reaching the broken track site. The Howrah-Delhi Rajdhani was stopped at Taraiya station. The Bhubaneswar-Delhi Rajdhani was also stranded at Gaya Station.  Noted Socio-Political leader and Chairman of SNSMT Suparno Satpathy has condemned this doing terming it as an cowardly act. He appreciated the Railway staff to have saved an untoward mishap from occurrence where many could have been injured and many could have lost their lives.  DCP Shri. Sunil Kumar has confirmed the incidence. It is suspected that the Maoists are behind this blast.
