Title - Longer duration railway season tickets

The railways has decided to introduce half-yearly season tickets (HST) and yearly season tickets (YST) for all categories of passengers from April 1. This is in addition to the existing monthly season tickets (MST) and quarterly season tickets (QST). The HST will cost 5.4 times the MST rate, and the YST 10.8 times the MST rate. There will be no refunds. However, Izzat MST, free MST for students and concessional season tickets will continue to be issued only on a monthly basis.

Mary Matha Fete: Trains to stop for 1 minute

Hyderabad: South Central Railway has provide for a one-minute stoppage of a few trains at Gunadala and Ramavarapadu stations in the Vijayawada-Eluru section from Feb 9 to 11 for the convenience of pilgrims attending the Mary Matha festival.
