MUMBAI: A 28-year-old man was singed while travelling atop a Western Railway local on Saturday evening.

The victim, Prakash Dave, came into contact with an overhead wire and sustained an electric shock. The incident occurred at 5 pm between Khar and Bandra.The victim was commuting on a Down slow local.
