Title - Mumbai Mail, Azad Hind Express cancelled

NAGPUR: In view of non-interlocking work at Santragachi station under South Eastern Railway (SER), the Mumbai-Howrah Mail and Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Express scheduled to arrive in city on Saturday have been cancelled.

Several trains have also been diverted for the work being carried out between March 22 and 25. According to Central Railway sources, train number 12809 Mumbai CSTM-Howrah Mail via Nagpur, which was to leave CSTM on Friday, remains cancelled. Therefore the train will not arrive in Nagpur on Saturday.

Similarly, train number 12810 Howrah-CSTM Mumbai Mail leaving Howrah on March 24, also remains cancelled. Hence the train will not arrive at Nagpur on March 25.

Besides, train number 12129 Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Express, which was to leave Pune on Friday, remains cancelled. Therefore the train will not arrive in the city on March 23. With this, train number 12130 Howrah-Pune Azad Hind Express leaving Howrah on March 24, will also remain cancelled. Therefore the train will not arrive in the city on March 25.

Meanwhile, train number 12102 Howrah-LTT Jnaneshwari Express leaving Howrah on March 24, will originate from Shalimar instead of Howrah due to the project work. Besides, train number 22894 Sainagar Shirdi-Howrah Express which was to leave Shirdi on Saturday has been rescheduled by 24 hours. Now the train will leave Shirdi on Sunday.

The Nagpur Central Railway has made special arrangement to offer 100% refund to passengers.
