SRINAGAR : The rail service remained suspended for the eighth consecutive day today in Kashmir. The service was suspended on February 9 as the curfew was imposed in Valley. However, divisional commissioner Kashmir Dr Asgar Samoon today directed the railways authorities to operate train services from February 18 (Monday). It may be recalled here that Syed Ali Shah Geelani, chairman Hurriyat Conference (G) has asked the people to resume normal work since February 18. | ||
