Title - Santragachi – Pune via Tatannagar AC weekly Express from February 04

South Eastern Railway will run an AC weekly train from Pune to Santragachi for the convenience of passengers. This train will be run from February 04 to June 26 via Tatanagar, however officials clarified that period of run can be extended if passenger response will be on brighter side.

The details of this train is given below –

Train number 02822 Santragachi – Pune AC weekly special –

• Departure time from Santragachi: 06:30PM every Saturday
• Arrival time at Tatanagar: 10:30PM the same day
• Halt time at Tatanagar: 5 minutes
• Arrival time at Pune: 02:45AM Monday

Train number 02821 Pune – Santragachi AC weekly special –

• Departure time from Pune: 10:30AM Monday
• Arrival time at Tatanagar: 2:15PM Tuesday
• Arrival time at Santragachi: 6:15AM Tuesday

Train Composition:

• AC two tier: 3 coaches
• AC three tier: 8 coaches

Stoppages between Santragachi and Pune in both directions:

Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chakradharpur, Rourkela, Jharsuguda, Bilsapur, Raipur, Durg, Nagpur, Bhusawal, Kalyan and Panvel

Currently there are two regular services between Pune and Santragachi namely –

• Howrah – Pune Duronto Express; runs biweekly
• Howrah – Pune Azad Hind Express; runs daily

But due to passenger’s rush tickets are hard to find. This weekly train has come as a boon for passengers.
