The South Central Railway is operating an exclusive mobile phone number - 9701370053 - to receive complaints involving corruption and bribery.

According to the SCR, all such complaints will be received only on this phone number. Passengers and other members of the general public have been requested to lodge their vigilance-related complaints, if any, on this phone, by way of a call or a text message (SMS).

The SCR has said that complaints made on any other unconnected phone number will not get officially registered. (INN)
