Southern Railway beat Chhattisgarh 64-39 in the women’s final of the 28th Ramu Memorial all-India basketball tournament here on Sunday.Southern Railway received Rs. 60,000 and a trophy while Chhattisgarh got Rs. 30,000.ONGC will take on Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) in the men’s final. IOB won a close semifinal on Saturday night, beating Punjab 79-74.
