Title - Ticket checking drive nets Rs. 65,550

A special ticket checking drive was conducted by Tiruchirapalli Railway division at the Tiruchi Junction railway station here on Wednesday. The drive initiated by K.V.S.V. Prasad, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, and a special team comprising nine chief ticket inspectors, 35 ticket checking staff, men from the Railway Protection Force (RPF), participated in the drive. They checked the passengers on Dindigul–Tiruchi Passenger (56704 ) when 215 cases were booked and a fine of Rs. 65,550 was collected. Manjula Rangarajan, Divisional Railway Manager, monitored the drive.
