Instructions for candidates appearing for Medical Examination on the basis of SCRA-2012: On the basis of the results of the
1. Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination 2012, the above candidates are directed to present themselves for medical examination before the Medical Board at 9 A.M at Northern Railway Central Hospital, Besant Lane (Near Connaught Place), New Delhi on the dates mentioned against their names.
2. No request for change in scheduled date of medical exam shall be entertained. The candidates should report to the Medical Director of the above-mentioned hospital on the date and time specified above and ensure to bring the following:

(i) 3 passport size photographs (with Name, Roll No., Discipline and Rank on the reverse).

(ii) Spectacles prescribed, if any, and the prescription slip indicating the power of glasses.

(iv) Any Government issued document with candidate’s photograph thereon as proof of identity.

(v) Candidates recommended against PH (Physically Handicapped) vacancy should bring their valid ‘Disability Certificate’ along with them. Please ensure that you belong to One Arm (OA) or One Leg (OL) affected subcategory of the OH category as per the Physical Requirements of the SCRA. 3. Candidates will be required to deposit the prescribed medical examination fees with the said hospital. They could be asked to stay in case a Special Medical Board is arranged to examine or any other detailed medical examination is required. The candidates should come prepared for the same4. In case any
candidate fails to report for medical examination on the date and time indicated above he/she will not be given any further chance for medical examination and will not be considered for allotment on the basis of Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination 2012.

5. No TA/DA shall be paid in connection with this medical examination.
6. Further this communication does not involve any commitment for offer of appointment.
7. Please note that no correspondence will be entertained w.r.t. to change in medical examination date.

I M P O R T A N T N O T E Candidates whose candidature is provisional are advised to get their candidature cleared from UPSC. Such candidates will not be issued offer of appointment unless their candidature is cleared by UPSC.
