The Mysore division of the South Western Railway would establish a helpdesk for the benefit of passengers travelling by Shatabdi Express from Mysore to Chennai on Monday and Tuesday, according to a release. This is to help passengers ascertain seats allotted to them consequent to the revision in seat numbers due to change in coach composition.

The release said the helpdesk would function on Platform 1 at the Mysore railway station on both the days from 1 p.m. onwards.
