The Secunderabad and Guntakal divisions of the South Central Railway jointly bagged the General Manager’s Railway Week overall efficiency shield for 2012-13. The SCR General Manager D.P. Pande gave away the shield to Secunderabad and Guntakal Divisional Railway Managers S.K. Mishra and T.P. Singh respectively at a function at Rail Kalarang here on Wednesday, a release said. — Special Correspondent
