Title - Snag disrupts train services

KOLKATA: Train service on the Sealdah main line was disrupted for hours on Sunday after a wire snapped between Naihati and Kakinara stations around 9.50pm. The snag occurred when power was being fit to a Sealdah-bound Kalyani local train.Sources said the mechanics forgot to lower the pantograph during the process. The wire therefore got entangled which resulted in the snap. g to its snapping.The authorities have decided to run trains between Sealdah and Barrackpore till the problem is fixed.
