MUMBAI: In order to cater for the extra rush during the ensuing summer season, Konkan Railway, in co-ordination with Central Railway and Western Railway, has introduced several special trains between Mumbai and Madgaon; and Ahmedabad to Mangalore routes for the convenience of the passengers.

These special trains will ply on the said routes in the April-June period.

The trains will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kudal, Thivim, and Karmali stations. The trains will have 15 coaches each.
