In view to avoid rush in regular trains and to provide better comfort to the commuters in Puja Holidays, Railways have decided to run o­ne more special trains from it’s jurisdiction i.e. between Visakhapatnam and Kollam.08569/08570 Visakhapatnam-Kollam-Visakhapatnam weekly Special train will leave Visakhapatnam at 09.00hrs o­n every Thursday between 13th September to 27th December 2012 and will arrive at Kollam at 15.30hrs o­n the next days. In the return direction, this train will leave Kollam at 19.20hrs o­n every Friday between 14th September to 28th December 2012 and will arrive at Visakhapatnam at 01.25hrs o­n the following days.This train has o­ne AC-2 tier, o­ne AC-3 tier, 08 Sleeper Class, 04 General Second Class and Two Guard cum Luggage Vans in its composition having stoppages at Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Elluru, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Katpadi, Jolarpetai, Salem, Erode, Coimbator, Palakkad, Thrisur, Ernakulam Town and Kottayam between Visakhapatnam and Kollam.
