The Tamil Nadu Police and Railway Protection Force personnel conducted a search in Nagercoil-Tirupathi-Mumbai Expressin the early hours of Sunday after the Madurai railway control room received an anonymous call that a bomb had been planted in that train and it would explode any time.Superintendent of Police M. Manivannan alerted the police officials. A team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Udayakumar checked the Mumbai Express and also Kanyakumari Express, Coimbatore Express, Guruyayur Express and Ananthapurai Express. The call proved to be a hoax. | ||
