SINDRI: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Wednesday raided Rakhitpur station on Sindri-Dhanbad section and seized nearly eight tonnes of coal unloaded from wagons by thieves.Senior divisional safety commissioner of Dhanbad division Shashi Kumar said the RPF and the GRP personnel raided the station and found some persons unloading coal from a wagon there. But by the time the force reached there, they fled.The GRP has lodged a case against unknown persons in this regard, Kumar said adding that the RPF and GRP would continue such raids on this section to stop pilferage of coal from railway wagons. | ||
