Due to accident of a goods train with Puri-Durg Express last day evening between Patia & Barang stations in Bhubaneswar-Barang rail section of Khurda Road Division under East Coast Railway, the train services in Howrah-Chennai Main Line were disrupted till 07.15hrs of today. As a result, the mail/express trains were controlled enroute at different stations and some of trains were diverted and cancelled.The train services were partially resumed after track and OHE of down line fit at 7.15hrs. The train services were resumed completely after fit of track and OHE of UP line at about 08.20hrs.In view of the above, Railways has decided to cancel and reschedule some of the trains today.

RESCHEDULED:

12841 Howrah-Chennai Coromandalexpress scheduled to leave Howrah today at 14.50hrs has been rescheduled to leave at23.45hrsto night.
12277 Howrah-Puri Shatabdi Expressscheduled to leave Howrah at 14.25hrs has been rescheduled to leavelatefrom Howrah o­n date.
12882 Puri-Howrah Garib Rathexpress scheduled to leave Puri at 22.15hrs o­n 03.04.13 has been rescheduledat 08.30hrson04.04.2013from Puri.

18425 Puri-Durg Expressscheduled to leave Puri at 17.15hrs has been rescheduled to leave at19.00hrs.

22202 Puri-Sealdah Duronto expresshas been rescheduled to leave Puri at21.00hrsinstead of its scheduled timings from Puri.

18477 Puri-Haridwar Utkal Expresshas been rescheduled to leave Puri at23.00hrsinstead of its scheduled timings.

Similarly,12801 Puri-New Delhi Purusottam Expresshas been rescheduled has been rescheduled to leave Puri at00.15hrs o­n 05.04.2013 (midnight of today)instead of its scheduled timings at 21.50hrs.

12838 Puri-Howrah Expresshas been rescheduled to leave Puriat 00.30hrs o­n 05.04.2013 (midnight of today)instead of its scheduled timings from Puri.

12839Howrah-Chennai Mailhas been rescheduled to leave Howrah at07.45hrs o­n 05.04.2013instead of it’s scheduled timings at 23.45hrs today i.e. 08.00 hours late.
