Indian Railway's engineering subsidiary IRCON has completed a 43-kilometre-stretch of Sri Lanka's Northern Railway line from Madawachchiya to Madhu Road station on schedule.In a statement issued by the company, it was announced that the track has been tested to allow trains to be run up to a speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
