The action council for development of Kazhakuttom on Friday collected one lakh signatures from residents, government employees, IT professionals and rail passengers to apprise the Union Ministry of Railways and Railway Board of the need to initiate immediate steps to develop the Kazhakuttom railway station. The council observed a Black Day on Friday to protest against the neglect towards the Kazhakuttom station.A public meeting was organised near the railway station in the evening, general convener of the council John Venatius said in a release. | ||
