एक अजीबोगरीब वाक्या में पटना से सहरसा जाने वाली कोसी एक्सप्रेस में रेलवे ने गाडी के रवाना होने से ठीक पहले ए सी कोच नहीं लगाए जाने की घोषणा की, जिस वजह से यात्रियों ने हंगामा कर दिया क्योंकि उनसे ए सी के पैसे लिए गए थे|

ट्रैन नंबर 18698 कोसी एक्सप्रेस में वातानुकूलित डिब्बे लगाए जाते हैं पर सोमवार को को डिब्बे नदारत थे| यात्रियों का कहना है की उन्होंने तत्काल रिजर्वेशन करवाया था जिसपर रेलवे प्रशाशन ने कहा की तत्काल का पैसा वापस नहीं होता है| हंगामा बढ़ते देख फिर स्टेशन अधीक्षक ने आरक्षण करने वाले यात्रयों का पैसा वापस करवाया और ट्रेन को रवाना किया|

12310 राजधानी एक्सप्रेस में, जो नई दिल्ली से चलकर राजेंद्र नगर जाती है, कानपुर पहुँचने से पहले कुछ महिलाओं ने हंगामा कर दिया| महिलाओं का कहना था की कुछ युवक शराब पीकर शोर मचा रहे थे और उनकी आपत्ति व्यक्त करने पर भी नहीं मान रहे थे| हंगामा देख कानपुर स्टेशन पहुँचने से पहले ही एस्कॉर्ट रेल पुलिस ने पहुंचकर महिलाओं को शांत कराया और दूसरी बोगी में सीट का प्रबंध करा दिया|

It seems that “Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat” (Clean rail Clean India) initiative has not affected or apply to some Rajdhaani Express connecting National Capital to various places of India. The reason might be that these trains were not in the inspection list.

Passengers travelling in 12310 New Delhi-Rajendra Nagar Rajdhani Express on Monday complained about stinky blanket and unwashed Bed-Roll. Many passengers who were travelling to Patna said that Up train always starts with clean bed rolls but ‘down’ carries the same used ones. It’s not the first time they have noticed, infact it is a usual practise.

Although after complaint bed-sheets do change but blanket remains same with its unbearable smell. Also from the food menu Curd and ice cream was unavailable which is a part of fixed menu of every Rajdhaani Express.

It should be noted that in any case after completion of journey, bedrolls are sent to laundry but blankets are used repeatedly.

Indian Railway is going under thorough make over and restructuring. Till date the total structure of Indian Railway is being run as it was in colonial days. However, to improve its brand image and to perform better it will be more like corporate style.

Now there will be station directors who will be responsible for station’s performance towards passenger’s needs.

As many as 75 railway stations are chosen by Indian Railways including - Old Delhi, New Delhi, Chennai, Howrah, Jaipur, Bengaluru and Mumbai CST, where station directors will be appointed under A1 category. The stations mentioned above will receive their directors in first place.

The basic idea behind such restructuring is to increase business activities thereby enhancing passenger satisfaction. Such stations can also play a role of business and economic hubs.

By the end of this year Station directors will be deployed under whom services offered on stations will be a direct responsibility. As per the current structure, stations managers and superintendents are appointed on each station who are not responsible for any kind of services offered on railway stations.

The job of stations directors is to operate the railway station and enhance its economic viability, as they will have more contractual and financial powers. 

  Indian Railways News  / वर्षों से जमे हुए रेलकर्मचारी दानापुर मंडल से हटाये जाएंगे

दानापुर मंडल में बहुत से ऐसे रेलकर्मी हैं जो वर्षों से पदस्थापित हैं और किसी भी तरह करके भी जगह छोड़ना नहीं चाहते| पटना जं, राजेंद्र नगर, दानापुर, मोकामा, किउल, जमुई, बक्सर और आया कई स्टेशन जो दानापुर मंडल में आते हैं, वहां बुकिंग व् पार्सल विभाग में बहुत से रेलकर्मी तय सीमा से काफी समय से अड़े हुए हैं| इसके अलावा ऐसे बहुत से टिकट निरीक्षक और आरक्षण क्लर्क भी हैं जो  अपने स्थानों पर जमे हुए हैं| रमेश कुमार झा,  जो दानापुर मंडल के प्रबंधक हैं, ने ऐसे सभी कर्मचारियों को तत्काल हटाने के आदेश जारी कर उन्हें दूसरे स्टेशनों पर तैनात करने को कहा है| रमेश झा ने इसके अलावा उन सभी रेल कर्मियों पर कार्यवाही करने के आदेश दिए हैं जिन पर यात्रियों से दुर्व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगा है|
